The customer's goal is a secure IT infrastructure that is fast, flexible and cost effective, with server, storage, networks and services that a ready and able.
Added to it we deploy the most modern virtualizing technology for servers, storage and networks.
At the DanubeDC Data Center scalable hardware with the appropriate services are built (monitoring, backup, firewall, virus protection…)
Services (support and delivery) are provided by DanubeDC according to ITIL and/or ISO 20,000 standards
A Service Level Agreement is reached with the customer, where individualized requests of the customer are specified.
DanubeDC is a certified partner with VMware, Microsoft, Cisco and Oracle.
For implementation guidance we established a partner model so that each customer has full flexibility.

* Use of internal applications like Exchange, ERP, archiving, file and print services
* Use of internet platforms that are a vital service, security and availability round the clock
* Assurance of the IT system against disaster by dispersion to multiple sites
* Archiving files and Documents
